Refund policy
We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

🧾 Exchanges
We replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@luxe-vibrant.com with a photo and your order number.
🚚 Lost or Stolen Packages
Luxe Vibrant is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly and also email us — we’ll do our best to help you locate it.
🌙 Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, the order may already be processed and shipped — in that case, we’ll still assist you through the return process.
